Paul and associates are very friendly and very accommodating. The turn around time was about a week. Could have been shorter, but we traveled to another part of the country for a few days anyway and didn't want to rush them. All sorts of great materials to choose from. I wish I would have taken more pictures of the process, but everything was very easy. Paul even offers to come to your hotel if you need that kind of accommodation.
